Getting your purchase to you fast is our top priority, that's why we only use courier services! Domestic orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days, whereas, international orders will be delivered with DHL within 7-10 business days. This does not include weekends or national holidays.

STORE PICK UP
You can now pick your order for free by selecting the Sugarfree Store of your choice from the drop down list.
This service applies only to orders paid with credit card, PayPal or bank deposit.
Once your order has arrived at the Store, we will inform you via phone or email. You can see more information regarding Returns & Exchange of Goods terms here. A form of Identification is necessary in order to pick up your order. You can alternatively indicate the person to pick up your parcel on your behalf in the field "ORDER COMMENTS". For security purposes the order cannot be delivered otherwise. Orders will remain at your selected Store for up to 5 working days.
