HOW CAN I SEARCH FOR A PRODUCT?

There are many ways with which you can execute your search. The easiest way to browse our e-shop, is to look through the categories in the drop-down menu, and then click through the category that interests you.

Alternatively, you can type on the search engine (on the top right of the page) and we will find show you all the related products.

 

HOW CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO THE NEWSLETTER?
The easiest way to subscribe is by creating an account on the e-shop. You do not have to shop immediately, but by creating an account the shopping process will just become even easier.

 

I AM INTERESTED IN A PRODUCT BUT IT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE
We know how frustrating this could be! So we propose that you immediately buy the product that interests you, since our products are really sought-after and they can quickly sell out.

 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail that lets you know that your order is on its way.

 

I HAVE MADE TWO SEPARATE ORDERS, CAN THEY BE UNIFIED IN ONE?
Unfortunately, there is no possibility to unify two separate orders.

 

HELP! THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS FAULTY!
It is of paramount importance to deliver the best quality to our customers. If, however, you find any problem with our product, we invite you to immediately contact our Customer Care team at info@sugarfreeshops.com

We will get back to you with a feedback as soon as possible. We ask you to include as much more information regarding the problem you have encountered, so that we can find the best solution possible.

 

ONE OF THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER
This is comething that could happen unfortunately. For this reason, we invite you to always check the email with the order confirmation so that you can instantly check whether there is any discrepancies.

 

I WAS CHARGED WITH THE SHIPPING COST EVEN THOUGH MY ORDER IS OVER 60€ (WITHIN GREECE)
The shipping cost is 3,00€ (within Greece), but the shipping is free for orders over 60€. If you choose to pay with cash on delivery (only within Greece), there is an extra cost of 2,90€ regardless of the value of your order.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM A SUGARFREE STORE?
You can pick up your order from specific only Stores (Greece) if its paid with Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Deposit.
